  • Cancellation and Access: If you have not yet accessed the digital content (videos or PDFs), you may request a cancellation and refund within 7 days of purchase. After access is granted, no refunds will be processed.
  • Defective or Incomplete Content: If you encounter any issues with the content, such as technical defects or incomplete files, please notify us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or a corrected file.
  • Non-Refundable Services: As the content is digital and downloadable, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
